We know that people get sick (and we don't like germs), babysitters fall through, pets run away and cars break down. But we still need to know that you're not coming. Please review the following policy:
- All cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your reservation. Please cancel in the booking app or call 734-322-0004 to cancel.
- If no one answers please leave your name, phone number, and the details of the booking you're canceling (activity, date and time).
- Cancellations submitted through a contact form on our website, emailed to us or sent via social media cannot be accepted.
- Canceling less than 24 hours in advance, arriving more than 15 minutes after your scheduled reservation time or not showing up for your reservation will result in your card being charged.
- Cancellations for private parties must be made at least 2 weeks in advance to avoid being charged.
