The 10-week league you are interested in:
- Fall: Oct 1 - Dec 5
- Winter 1: Dec 9 - Feb 13
The day of the week you are interested in playing (Mon-Thurs)
The time slot you would prefer (4-7pm or 7-10pm)
The tentative number of people in your league
Your phone number

League Pricing

$20/week per golfer. A 50% deposit of the league dues for one golfer is required at the time of booking. Each additional golfer will be required to pay 50% of their league dues on the first night of the league. The balance will be paid weekly.
